SHIPPING AND SHIPPING COSTS
After receiving your payment, your Minitials will go into production, produced especially for you by craftsmen in the Netherlands. We will ship as soon as possible although, within the maximum of 10 working days.
If an article is temporarily out of stock or production will take longer, we’ll immediately contact you via email.
Free shipping by regular mail. If you prefer a registered shipping, shipping fees are €10,-. We ship exclusively by TNT ( Royal Dutch Mail).

PAYMENT OPTIONS
For now Minitials VOF offers only the following payment option:
You’ll receive an invoice by e-mail after which you may transfer the amount due into our bank account, 1687.02.762 made payable to Minitials VOF, Eindhoven. Don’t forget to include your order number.

As soon as we’ve received payment we’ll produce and ship your order directly. Normally you’ll receive your Minitials within 3 days of sending.

If we fail to receive your payment within 7 days your order will be cancelled.
For payment outside the Netherlands the following bank codes apply.

MATERIALS
All pieces are made in either 14k yellow gold or 14K white gold.
All jewelry is hand-made to order, with love, right here in the Netherlands!

MODIFYING AN ORDER
Once an order is placed, please be advised that any modifications to the order (such as a change in colour gold, initials, necklace lenght or a cancellation) must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Please make those requests in writing to info@minitials.nl
